The National Student Survey

Standing up for your academic interests

Your students’ union is here to help make sure your university experience is everything it should be.

We stand up for your academic interests, provide opportunities for you to build employability skills and discover new talents, support your all-important clubs and societies and are here if you need help with issues such as mental health, housing and student finance.

Our amazing network of Academic Reps (pictured) is at the frontline of ensuring that your academic experience at Lancaster is responsive to your needs. We support and train your reps to ensure your views are heard and acted upon in your department.

It’s important to us that final year students complete the National Student Survey, because your feedback helps us to make further improvements to what we do so that future generations of students can benefit from our work.

The union belongs to you, and our staff and officers are constantly striving to improve our service to you, represent your views to the university and to the wider world, hold the university to account and help you to achieve your potential personally and academically.

Check out our Annual Report to discover highlights of what we did on your behalf on 2018.
